24.04.2020Good news from the mobility front! The construction of the Femern belt, a tunnel from Denmark to Germany will start next year. This was decided by the Danish Parliament, after five years of struggling getting the project approved. With its 18 kilometer it will be the longest tunnel of its kind. Soon it will be possible to travel between Rødby (DK) and Puttgarden (GE) in 7 minutes by train and 10 by car, instead of the usual 45 minutes on the ferry.
